Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

  1. The manuscripts should be arranged using the Manuscript Template, Microsoft Word (zip file)
  2. The journal publishes results of various researches from both inside and outside Iraq.
  3. All the researches subject to a peer review where the researches are classified as follows:
            A. Original researches that include basic and practical results.
            B. Condensed articles (Short communication) that give some preliminary results of researches are still ongoing. These articles should not exceed 500 words and their contents should follow the basic research dissemination preamble.
  4. All manuscripts submitted for consideration of publication in this journal must not have been published or accepted for publication elsewhere
  5. All manuscripts submitted for consideration of publication in this journal must be submitted through the e-journal/.
  6. All manuscripts submitted for publication in this journal must be printed via Microsoft Word 2010 system or above, and they must be at most 20 pages, including all tables and figures and indexes.

Copyright Notice

The Editor of the conference is required to secure a copyright release for each paper signed by at least one author for each paper. The signed copyright releases should be sent to AIP Publishing along with the manuscript. (Please note that the exception at the bottom of the form is for US federal government employees only.)
